Our Wellness Program provides services to anyone in the community suffering from anxiety, depression, aggressiveness, mood swings, mental illnesses and more.

What We Provide

The Wellness Program accepts Medi-Cal and provides services to children, adolescents and adults. Walk-ins are accepted, or call

Our Process

Assess

Our in-house clinician will administer an initial assessment that consists of an interview intended to help us determine the course of treatment.

Plan

After the assessment, we'll develop a treatment plan for you that outlines the approach and interventions that will be used to achieve your goals.

Treat

We schedule the first therapy session with your clinician. We utilize a therapy model called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The amount of sessions varies from 14 to 16 sessions.

The Wellness Program provides services to anyone in the community suffering from anxiety, depression, irritability, aggressiveness, feeling of hopelessness, mood swings, etc. or anyone that has suffered trauma, a loss or is affected by mental illness. Services provided include, assessment, plan development, individual therapy, rehabilitation, crisis intervention and case management services.
Therapy is a form of treatment aimed at relieving emotional distress and mental health problems. It involves examining and gaining insight into life choices and difficulties faced by individuals, couples or families.

CBT is psychosocial intervention that helps individuals understand the thoughts and feelings that influence your behaviors. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, behaviors. It can also help improve emotional regulation and helps with the development of personal coping strategies that target solvig your current problems.
Services are provided inside WomanHaven facilities, over the telephone or online through Zoom. It is up to you to decide and let us know how you feel comfortable receiving services.
